It’s the first Monday of April and @Ask_Spectrum picked a fine time to blow the cable in Maine. And internet. “Service expected to be restored by 10 pm.” Tip-off is at 9:20, bozos.

@zeldybear @Ask_Spectrum FWIW I would get a drop everyday mid-morning and sometimes at night streaming on weekends “Spectrum is the worst!!!” Shaking my angry fist...I switched routers to a mesh system about a year ago and have only had outages when major storms knocked out power!

@Ask_Spectrum That is a terrible policy and I don't buy what you're selling. I just paid for installation costs for another location and it was $60. Care to explain why you are consistently putting out offers that are 20-30% less than what existing customers pay?

@Ask_Spectrum Again since 11am I have had intermittent service in Portland, Me. I've already called and have an appointment on Saturday. But that doesn't help me for todayI am beyond frustrated! My download speeds have been great to slow, my upload has been incredibly slow to 0.

Anyone else having @Ask_Spectrum issues? My app on my smart TV won’t load, and when I try to open the @GetSpectrum app, I get the spinning wheel of death and that doesn’t load either.

@GetSpectrum Had to disconnect my service but they are STILL charging me the entire month even though I do NOT have service. How is this not fraudulent? Service shuts off immediately….bill has not been charged only “generated”. Talk about terrible customer service

I am so ready to be done with @GetSpectrum if I can give anybody advice, get your internet elsewhere. From the garbage customer service to the random increase in services is assanine. Cancelling tommorrow and can’t wait

@Ask_Spectrum I received an email indicating my service speeds were increased, but speed tests have not indicated that to be the case. Rebooting the modem also changed nothing. I’m calling shenanigans. Thoughts?
