@GetSpectrum claims signing up for service isn’t expensive or complicated. I called to get service in my home today and this guy named Joseph Michael turned me off so bad. Told him I’ll wait until fall. I waited this long I can wait longer. Obnoxious.

@Ask_Spectrum I received an email indicating my service speeds were increased, but speed tests have not indicated that to be the case. Rebooting the modem also changed nothing. I’m calling shenanigans. Thoughts?
