I am Lia Light: tantric guide, ceremonial massage therapist and embodiment coach.I hold a passion for helping seekers fully embody their deep inner and outer beauty. I hold a safe, supportive container for men, women and romantic couples to create their most sensual, communicative, loving and playful bond. I have extensive experience working with men, women, LGBT and couples of all shapes, sizes, mentalities, orientations and identifications. There is no surface layer judgement in this practice – all well intending souls are welcome!

About Me

I have a background in massage therapy, yoga (Kundalini, Hatha, yin), psycho-spiritual integration and addiction recovery coaching, yoga psychology, tantric arts and meditation, plant medicine guardian and musicianship and sacred ceremony and retreat facilitation. Kindness and authenticity are cherished characteristics and I teach increasing awareness within ourselves and acting with grace towards mother earth enhances our connection with the divine.

The Space

I take great pride and love in the gorgeous and warm space I have created over the years for deep healing and growth.Immediately upon entering the sacred space, you will feel that sense of “ahh” in your nervous system. Herbal tea is offered upon arrival and sacred fungi micro-dosing is available by request.

Who I Love to Work With

I place a ton of loving presence and healing energy into our sessions. It is important that I receive the same safe space, respect and willingness to learn – communication is key! Be curious and courteous. If you struggle with communication and confidence, that is ok, we can work on that! That is a great thing to let me know so I am aware that you do wish to expand in communication, but you currently struggle with it. Connection is a must and you can rest assured that if I deem we are a fit, it is coming from a place of careful consideration and enthusiasm to welcome you as your “you-est YOU!”

Ecstatic Bodywork

In our ecstatic bodywork session you will enjoy deep relaxation of both the mental and physical body with massage therapy, guided words and breath, hot towels and stones incorporated and deep surrender to loving touch.You will enjoy one way touch from me to you, so you may fully let go and receive. This session is not about objectification of the female form or idolization of me directly, but rather an opportunity to be embraced in authentic, nurturing love, feel cared for, receive some excellent body work and a positive experience of being in your body and letting go in a sacred, intentional space.

Tantra Healing Los Angeles

I hold the word Tantra in high reverence, as it is not to be taken lightly or only playfully (although it can be playful, as life can be). The tantric healing session is for those coming to this practice with strong intentions for reflecting, healing and growth. I am here to process life’s challenges with you including relationships, personal intimacy, addiction and recovery, sexual trauma and abuse and I vow to hold our exchanges in confidence and heart. One of the many beautiful definitions of Tantra means to weave, so we will weave together the physical with somatic practices and the mental, emotional and spiritual with various modalities of meditation, breath, hot and cold therapy, sound and music, Kundalini (energeticallyawakening the creative center), verbal processing and keep an open mind and heart so you may connect with your authentic self, become alive and more present to everything and those important to you in your daily life. You may not fully understand what that means yet, but tantra is a powerful path to self discovery and blossoming your creativity to enhance your existence as a whole. A two hour session is strongly encouraged, especially for new seekers.

Sensory Journey ASMR

The sensory journey explores the senses using varying textures, playing with sight, sound, scent, touch and taste. Sheer scarfs to lightly bind the limbs may be used to promote full surrender and receptivity, paintbrushes may sensually apply warm scented oils and a scalp massager may be dragged across the back while ice cubes melt into warm skin, creating ripples of tingly sensations. ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is stimulated during moments of positive, personal attention coupled with a gentle voice, touch, sound, and/or movement. Deep and soothing feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, peacefulness and restfulness are commonly obtained. We will discuss all desires and boundaries when planning our experience before we meet.

Women’s Tantric Embodiment

Some of my most potent and important work includes bringing balance to the “yoni-verse” in providing the space for woman-kind to completely receive and embody her powerful divine feminine nature. My tantra for women sessions are for women who are working on connecting to their bodies on a deeper, more sensual level, feeling beautiful in her skin, working through sexual trauma, releasing societal or religious shame and for women who want to explore safe, sacred pleasure in a guided, meditative, yogic container. Sessions may include a variety of modalities, catered to the individual such as verbal guidance and support, meditation, transformational breath work, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian hot stone massage, yoni massage, luxurious coconut milk and flower baths, homemade organic scrubs, sound healing, Kundalini yoga and sensory play. No two experiences are alike!

$300/ 2 hours

Couple’s Connection

I have a passion for guiding couples in creating their most communicative and sensual bond and supporting a healthy, explorative connection in a sacred space.

We will begin to create the safe and supportive container by discussing your intentions and desires prior to your session. We will communicate through e-mail and we may schedule a Zoom call beforehand so you and your beloved may ask any questions and become comfortable and look forward to your session with ease and curiosity.

We will enjoy a weaving of conversation, guided meditation, bonding and trust exercises, touch exploration, learning and sensory treats for all of the senses. Each of you will have the opportunity to practice massage and touch techniques on one another and enjoy time fully receiving.

$600/ 2-3 Hours (My Home Temple)
$800/ 2-3 Hours (Outcall to five star accommodations within 20 miles of Redondo Beach, CA)

I am here for support through the waves of life, to be an accountability partner, a psychedelic integration guide or to provide encouragement in your creative and romantic endeavors.

Learn how to connect with your true nature through mind, body and spirit, balancing your polarities, setting your outer space to reflect your inner space and becoming your most present, vibrant self. Let’s empower you to live the way you have always wanted to.

We will create a personalized program for you that may include a hybrid of virtual and in person sessions, virtual sessions only and/or personalize a one on one transformation retreat in an agreed upon location.Retreats will be planned after a strong working relationship has been established and you are truly ready to transform your way of life.
