@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

Ppl.. y’all can really get Better service, both customer AND internet w/ @verizonfios You don’t have to put up with @optimum’s antics... the parent company is a Euro Co that don’t give 2 💩’s about us... Verizon is US owned

@OptimumHelp Was just talking with my neighbor asking why Fios is at thier home. This ticks me off. He lost his WiFi around 10am this morning during a zoom meeting and Fios arrived in 5 hrs. We have Optimum service issues & the soonest Optimum can get to us is Tues the 4th.

@AlticeUSA @OptimumHelp yesterday a technician came to our house to upgrade our service. In fact he broke the internet and phone service and never recovered it. we talk to 4 people @OptimumHelp, they rediscover the issue and promise help. No help so far, we are in the dark. Help!
